Crafting a Luxury Experience
Matsuda is a luxury japanese eyewear brand that prides themselves on a curated experience emulating the meticulous hand-assemble craftsmanship of each small batch piece of eyewear.
As a creative strategist and designer, I worked with Matsuda’s key stakeholder to re-design and implement a new web experience, highlighting the craftsmanship and brand elements in conjunction with key conversion optimizations to create a clean and optimized shopping experience.

n order to increase conversion and decrease bounce rate, a sticky add to cart button was added to the PDP page. Once the user reached the first lifestyle panel, and the variant options were no longer available, a sticky button appears and show variants available on hover.
